There is a growing trend towards solid based machining taking place at the moment. Having recognized this trend three years ago, we decided to take the plunge. In a nutshell, the key benefit of solid based machining is speed of NC programming. The ability to directly load the solid model and extract feature information from it. From conception to finished part, manufacturing time is reduced tremendously.

We employ state of the art in CAD/CAM capabilities. The strength in solids and feature recognition through CAD/CAM is incredibly fast. Design changes, whether at our end or yours, are easily accommodated.
